1. General Terms
These Terms of Use are established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts.” By placing an order on the website www.espdecor.lv, a distance contract is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
2. Ordering and Payment
The Buyer places orders by filling out the appropriate order form on the Seller’s website www.espdecor.lv. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information and to notify the Seller of any changes within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation by emailing info.espdecor@gmail.com. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided; otherwise, delivery of the Product is not guaranteed.
After placing the order, an automatic email with an invoice is sent to the provided email address. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.
Delivery of goods occurs after the invoice is paid and the money is received in the Seller’s account. The average delivery time within Latvia is 1 to 3 working days; however, the Seller reserves the right to deliver within 2 calendar weeks due to special conditions or product availability.
Orders can be placed 24/7, but order processing is done on working days until 3 PM. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, order processing is not performed.

The stated production time for personalized decor depends on the speed of mockup approval.

Personal data is transferred to Maksekeskus AS, a licensed payment institution.
3. Delivery
Delivery countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
Delivery methods: Omniva, DPD parcel lockers, courier, in-person pickup.
Delivery time: 1–3 working days in Latvia (up to 14 days in exceptional cases).
Delivery costs: visible before order confirmation.
All customs duties and fees are paid by the Buyer.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law to withdraw and return the Product within 14 calendar days by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller provides the withdrawal form by email upon Buyer’s request. To avoid disputes, the Buyer must verify upon receipt that the Product matches the order (product name and essential parameters).
If the Product is incorrectly assembled, the Buyer may exchange it within 14 days by filling out the return form. The Seller covers the courier postage in this case.
The Buyer must return the Product within 14 days of sending the withdrawal letter to the address specified therein. The Buyer covers all return shipping costs.
Conditions for withdrawal:

The Product must not be used (considering its nature). If its condition has deteriorated due to improper storage, the Buyer cannot withdraw and the Seller may refuse refund for damaged goods.

The Buyer must keep the original packaging intact (if any).

The Buyer must keep courier and postal documents for receiving and returning the Product.
Products are made specifically for the Buyer based on individual orders.
Warranty is provided according to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law. Food products have warranty until their expiration date.
The online store is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The store reserves the right to refuse sale or demand return if the product price was mistakenly set significantly below market value.
5. Product Non-Conformity and Warranty
ESPdecor is responsible for product non-conformity for 6 months from delivery. The Buyer must notify non-conformity within 2 months of discovery.
The Product can be:

Repaired or replaced free of charge;

Fully refunded if repair/replacement is impossible.

6. Personal Data Processing
By registering and providing personal data, the Client agrees to receive informational messages and important notifications about payments and delivery at the specified email address.
The Client must provide necessary personal data (name, delivery address, phone number, email) to fulfill purchase, delivery, and payment operations.
The Seller commits not to disclose personal data to third parties except delivery companies, and will store data according to Latvian laws.
Personal data may only be disclosed to third parties as permitted by law.
Your data is secure. Only non-sensitive information is administered and maintained. Payment card data is not collected or stored on the website.
Payment card data is not processed or stored by ESPdecor.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement. If impossible, disputes are resolved in Latvian courts or by contacting the Consumer Rights Protection Center.
Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
8. Force Majeure and Final Provisions
ESPdecor is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure (e.g., emergencies, strikes of delivery partners).
ESPdecor reserves the right to amend the Terms unilaterally by publishing changes on the website. Changes take effect upon publication.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms.
