Refund policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase according to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer via email upon request. To avoid disputes, the Buyer must verify upon receipt that the Product corresponds to the order (product name and other essential parameters).

If the Products are incorrectly assembled, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Product within 14 (fourteen) days by filling out a return form. In this case, the Seller covers the courier postage costs.

The Buyer must return the Product to the Seller at the address specified in the withdrawal letter within 14 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All costs related to returning the Product to the Seller are borne by the Buyer. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions must be observed:

• The returned Product must not be used (considering the Product’s nature). If the condition of the returned Product has deteriorated due to improper storage, the Buyer has no right to withdraw, and the Seller reserves the right not to refund the damaged Product.

• The Buyer must keep and not damage the original packaging of the Product (if any).

• The Buyer must keep both the courier documents for receiving the Product and the postal/courier documents for returning the Product to the Seller.

Products ordered are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order.

Warranty on purchased Products is provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CRPL). For food products, the warranty is valid until the expiration date.
